Lepidolite Rough

Lepidolite is a form of mica. Nice colored material that is dense and stable enough to cut lepidolite gems from is rare. This material will cut stunning stones with flecks of sparkling mica. Polishes with tin oxide, but we get a more even polish with diamond. Mohs hardness 2.5 to 4.
